1. Beef and onion stew
Ingredients:
• 1 kg of beef
• 1.200 g dried onions
• 1 package of baked noodles
• 1 fresh noodle
• Salt
• Pepper
• Oil
• 50 g butter
2. Traditional beef patty
Ingredients:
• 1.5 kg of beef tenderloin
• 1 onion
• 1–2 bay leaves
• 1 teaspoon peppercorns
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 3 tablespoons flour
For the serving sauce:
• 5 cloves of garlic
• 1/2 cup of oil
• 1/2 cup vinegar
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Salt
• Pepper
