The Supreme Court has not accepted the appeal of former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku regarding the measure imposed on her "ban on leaving the country".
Judge Ilir Panda decided not to return Balluk's passport, which has been blocked since November 19 by decision of the GJKKO.
Balluku was charged with violating equality in tenders. Balluku is also under investigation for the 7 lots of Uanza e Madhe and is a suspect in 3 other tenders.
