The protest march from Skanderbeg Square to the Prime Minister's Office has begun. The march continues with chants of "Albania wants Revolution", "Edi Rama resigns".
This is the 41st citizen protest against the government. Thousands of citizens are demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama and the change of the old political class.
The protest is considered the largest, longest-lasting and most sustainable to have taken place in Albania since the fall of the communist regime.
