An Albanian immigrant from Mirdita, in his speech before the Prime Minister's Office, stated that SPAK should take charge of the situation in Albania because it is the hope of Albanians, at a time when politics has left them at the mercy of fate.
"I am an Albanian immigrant from Mirdita. This miracle that is happening has never happened before. SPAK will take everything into its own hands, that is our hope, because politics has left us at the mercy of fate."
"I call on all youth to fight for our Albania."
