DP leader Sali Berisha has reacted to the appointment of Dashnor Sula to the position of Chief Inspector General.
"I express my understanding of your indignation. If betrayal of the Fatherland is called high treason, then betrayal of the most sacred ideals should not be considered high treason."
"To betray those who have not turned their backs on you for 12 years but supported you despite all the mistakes you may have made, and to come out in Edi Rama's darkest time and grab Rama's flag, you have committed the most golden act of betrayal. We will part with these people, we do not want them in our bosom," he said.
