The Democratic Party has managed to retain its fourth mandate in the Lezha Region after an extremely close race with the Socialist Party. With only 70 votes difference, the DP secured the fourth representation in the Assembly from this region, in a process that was characterized by tension, strong political rivalry, but also in the end the acceptance of the result.

According to official data from the Central Election Commission (CEC), the DP managed to receive 33.524 votes, while the SP 33.299 votes.

The diaspora vote was not enough to overturn the DP's advantage within the territory, although the final result was divided by only a few dozen envelopes.
