DP leader Sali Berisha accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of stealing the May 11 elections.
Berisha said that the Council of Europe's conclusion clearly stated that the process was a farce.
"Diaspora vote manipulators. On May 11, the political force based on crime and drugs is not the winner. They hijacked the elections."

As for the claims, I guarantee Albanians that never on May 11, political forces based on crime and drugs will be victorious. The elections were hijacked with the most illegal and unconstitutional methods.
The Council of Europe's recommendation that in Albania the party and the state should be separated proves that in Albania the elections were not held between parties, but between the party state and political parties. This recommendation is enough to condemn the electoral process, the farce that took place, to death.
