The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, invited the socialist deputies to leave Edi Rama. During the press conference from the blue headquarters, Berisha said that this paves the way for the dismissal of Prime Minister Edi Rama through a no-confidence motion in Parliament.

Berisha's statement came after 'Neomalsorja' MP Marjana Koçeku left the socialist parliamentary group 2 days ago and declared that she would act as an independent in the Assembly.

Question: If you could give us a comment regarding some opposing voices within the Socialist Party and the emergence of a Socialist Party MP as an independent. If you have a comment on these developments within the SP?

Sali berisha: Thank you for the question. I appreciate every voice against Edi Rama and in support of the protest.
I remind the Albanians here that a completely possible solution would be, and is; if Edi Rama does not accept the solution, another peaceful solution as the protesters are demanding, is the removal of all socialist MPs who are not implicated in crimes and this paves the way for the dismissal of Edi Rama with a motion of no confidence.
This immediately dismisses Edi Rama and creates an opportunity in parliament to fulfill all demands, both their 5 demands and another list of 20 demands by analyzing them one by one.
So, the opposition has and will have all the votes in favor, without any hesitation, of the constitutional demands of the rights and that they are such, rights are and are constitutional, of the youth civic protest.
Thank you.
