Independent MP Marjana Koçeku has revealed that she has received political offers from various entities, but has decided to continue her activity as an independent MP during this parliamentary period. Invited to the show "Minuta e Parë" on News24 with Ola Bruko, Koçeku said that she is convinced of her choice, while announcing that she is working on a political platform.

Koçeku said that the platform she is preparing will focus on issues that, according to her, are important for the country, with a special focus on the environment and its spaces.

She stated that she appreciates the political offers she has received, considering them as an assessment, but emphasized that for her, political activism and the spirit that a political force conveys are more important. Finally, Koçeku said that she is in favor of a political force that guarantees more rights for citizens.

"I have had political offers from various entities. But I remain aware and certain that I want to continue my journey as an independent MP, in this 3-year period. I am working on a political platform that presents the main points that our country needs and what I need to do as a political representative related to its environment and spaces. I appreciate political offers, I definitely consider them an appreciation. But beyond this, political activism is important. Beyond entities and names, what is important is the spirit. I am in favor of a party that grants citizens rights," she said.
