An Albanian immigrant who has lived in Italy for 35 years has expressed strong criticism of Albanian politics and the situation in the country, as he took part in the protest in Tirana.
In a utterance for News24, he stated that over the last 36 years, Albania, according to him, has taken steps backwards and accused the three main parties that have governed the country of corruption.
"I have been in emigration for 35 years. For 36 years, Albania has been worse in all aspects. Especially recently. As a person, I say that the three parties that have ruled Albania for 36 years, the DP, the LSI, and the SP, are all three corrupt, mafia-like, and communist," he said.
The immigrant said he came to Tirana to join the protesters and the Albanian diaspora from various European countries and the USA.
"That's why I'm happy to be in Tirana today with the diaspora from Germany, France and the USA, and to support until the last day that Rama resigns along with his fraudulent government," he declared.
