The Tirana Municipal Council has unanimously approved one of the most important decisions with direct social impact, the increase in the rental subsidy throughout the territory of the Municipality of Tirana.

The Deputy Mayor of Tirana Municipal Council, Endrit Braimllari, stated that this decision comes in response to the significant increase in rental prices and the cost of living in the capital.

According to him, the need to review the subsidy level has been continuously raised in the relevant committees, with the aim of providing real support to families in economic difficulties.

"This is a decision that represents a responsible social policy that is sensitive to the reality faced by the citizens of Tirana, guaranteeing more security and affordability in housing," said Braimllari.

At the last meeting of the Tirana Municipal Council, one of the most important decisions with a direct social impact was approved by the vote of all councilors: the increase in the rental subsidy throughout the territory of the Municipality of Tirana.

As a member of the Municipal Council, I have continuously raised in the relevant committee the need to review the level of the rental subsidy, in view of the significant increase in market rental prices and the cost of living in the capital.

This decision represents a responsible social policy, which aims to specifically support families and citizens in need, guaranteeing greater security and affordability in housing.

New subsidy by area:
• Zone A: 45.000 lek
• Zone B: 40.000 lek
• Zone C: 35.000 lek

Such decisions demonstrate the will to build public policies that realistically respond to the needs of citizens and the social challenges of Tirana.
