The Chairwoman of the Laws Committee, Klotilda Bushka, in her speech at the meeting of the SP parliamentary group, spoke about the fact that she is under investigation by SPAK.

She explained her relationship with the Veliaj-Xoxa couple, while also focusing on cases where, according to her, artists have been intimidated by the prosecution.

"The inclusion of my name in the investigation of the mayor, news that, like you, I heard from the media through a SPAK press release. In my capacity as the chairwoman of the Laws Committee and as a person who has dedicated his life to justice, the events of recent days have shown that the new justice institutions, created by this parliament and the SP as a majority, have gained sufficient self-confidence, freeing us from the position of not commenting on issues.
The second premise is based on deep concern for the functioning of the rule of law. As chairwoman of the Laws Committee, I have the responsibility to share these concerns with you and with public opinion.

"Not only do I know Ajola Xoxa, but I have collaborated with her even before I was an MP. Erion Veliaj is my childhood friend and I am proud of the work we have done together for the transformation of the capital. I have been close to Ajola many times, supporting her as a friend, on a human level. I have had the opportunity to speak with Erion less often, but in every case I have conveyed my belief in justice," she said.
