At the invitation of the First Lady of the United States, Melania Trump, as part of her Fostering the Future Together (FFT) initiative, the First Lady of the Republic of Kosovo, Prindon Sadriu, will participate in the inaugural meeting of the FFT Global Coalition.
The meeting will take place on March 24 and 25 at the White House and the US State Department.
According to the announcement of the Presidency of the Republic of Kosovo, Kosovo's participation in this coalition is expected to create new opportunities for students and children in the country, giving them access to projects and programs of leading American technology companies.
The announcement emphasizes that these initiatives include the use of advanced digital platforms, artificial intelligence and new educational tools, which aim to support the development, creativity and online safety of children, placing their protection and well-being at the center.
Kosovo joined this initiative among the first countries in the world at the initiative of the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, aiming to strengthen child protection in the era of rapid development of digital technology.
