An incident occurred during a recent rally attended by Prime Minister Edi Rama in Vlora, where Guard and police officers forcibly took and tore the banner of a young girl. After being escorted away from the perimeter, the young woman recounted the dynamics of the event to the media, denouncing the violence inflicted on her.
She explained that the message on her banner was not a political provocation, but an environmentalist call for the protection of the country's natural resources, specifically with the inscription: "I love Vjosa and the free and wild Narta."

According to the girl's testimony, law enforcement officers intervened without introducing themselves or citing any legal violations, using physical force to snatch the banner from her hands.
"I was expressing an opinion. It's an environmentalist banner, it wasn't a provocation. I came and wanted to express my opinion, I'm worried. A police officer who didn't introduce himself came and tore it up. They asked me to leave, I asked them to cite the law I was violating, they didn't cite it. They started to pressure me and took the banner from me by force. The police officer showed me my card and grabbed my hand, I have the sign on my arm and they took the banner and tore it up," she declared indignantly.
