The civic resistance on the 73rd day of the protest has continued with strong speeches from representatives of the diaspora. An immigrant who returned from abroad specifically to join the rally in front of the Prime Minister's Office has issued harsh accusations against the head of government and the situation the country is in.

In his speech to the protesters, he emphasized that the country is facing injustice in every aspect of life, while noting the abandonment of vital sectors of society:

"I came from abroad to protest. There is a lot of injustice in many aspects. The state should help Albanians live here. Businesses have been abandoned, schools have been abandoned. I feel very ashamed of this situation and I will protest, that's why I am here today."

Further, the immigrant expressed his deep revolt against the public figure of the prime minister and the patronage system, calling on citizens not to sell their dignity:

"I am ashamed of my prime minister. Is he a prime minister or a scoundrel who goes and sits on his knees? I am ashamed that a prime minister like this represents me. The patronage-seekers for 5 lekë think they made their lives, but they should bear the shame!" he declared from the protest podium.
