At 11:38, vehicle traffic in the affected segment in the Dragostunja area was officially reopened, ending the blockade that created difficulties for hundreds of drivers and isolated the Southeast area from the rest of the country.
The segment in question, part of the Librazhd-Prrenjas national axis, had become impassable after landslides caused in the area known as "Arrat e Gurrës".
After interventions on the ground and creating conditions for movement, the authorities gave the signal for the resumption of traffic.
The reopening of this segment restores normality to one of the most important road arteries connecting Tirana with the southeast of the country and neighboring countries, significantly facilitating traffic and the movement of goods.
Drivers are advised to respect the signage and exercise increased caution when passing through the area, while further details on the final interventions in this segment are expected to be provided in the future.
