Footage of the escort of Dutch journalist Vincent van Gerven Oei, known for his investigations on Albania and reports on the government's ties to the construction sector, has been published.
One of the officers grabs the Dutch journalist by the arms, while the colleague is heard saying, "Take him to the car."
At the moment of the interaction, journalist Oei is heard saying that he has published books about Albania. "I have published books about Albania. My name is Vincent."
While escorting the journalist, the police used pepper spray on activist Alisa Braho, who was filming the moment he was being escorted.
