"In connection with the event of 01.11.2024 at the "Aleksandër Xhuvani" University, criminal proceedings 1362/2024 were registered at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Elbasan for the criminal offenses "Passive corruption of persons exercising public functions" committed in collaboration, provided for by article 259/1 and 25 of the Criminal Code, "Abuse of office", provided for by article 248 of the Criminal Code.
