For the cream:
• 200 ml of milk
• 300 ml of cream
• 4 egg yolks
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 vanilla
• Lemon peel (grated)
• Powdered sugar (for sprinkling)

• 1 sheet of puff pastry
• 8 slices of kaçkavall cheese
• 4 slices smoked salmon
• Sesame
