Monika Kryemadhi spoke today at the court session against Ilir Meta at the GJKKO, where she raised concerns regarding the evidence and investigative materials made available by SPAK.

Kryemadhi stated that he supports the requests of Meta's lawyer, Kujtim Cakrani, regarding keeping Meta in a glass cage.

"I agree with lawyer Cakrani's demands. The halls are typically American, but there is a difference, even serial killers there sit with their lawyer by their side," she said.

The former MP said she received a USB with evidence from the prosecution, but according to her, the material is not being opened and she requested that all acts and wiretaps be made available to her.

"I request that measures be taken to ensure that I am properly treated. The records of any wiretapping of my family members have not been made available to me," declared Kryemadhi.

On the other hand, SPAK representatives said that the USB has been taken to court and the problem will be resolved.

"We will solve it, we will give it," the prosecution said.

The debate also continued about environmental wiretapping, where Kryemadhi insisted that the list of evidence mentions over 20 wiretaps, but according to her, they are not in the submitted materials.

"I also want the wiretaps. The list of evidence says that there are over 20 environmental wiretaps, so we want to get them. They don't exist in those materials," she said.

The court explained that it cannot provide materials that it does not have, while emphasizing that it is the obligation of the proceeding body to make them available to the parties.
