The government has approved the decision for Albania's accession to the 'Peace Board', paving the way for the country's formal membership in this international structure, following the invitation of US President Donald Trump.
The next step is the approval of accession by the Albanian Parliament, where the issue is expected to be reviewed and voted on next Tuesday in a special session.
A few days ago, Albania received an official invitation from President Trump to be part of the Gaza Peace Board.
