Due to the deterioration of atmospheric and marine conditions, the Port of Saranda has ordered a ban on sailing to the sea for all vessels in the coastal area of ​​Saranda, Ksamil and Borsh.

According to the official announcement, high-intensity winds and waves above the permitted norms for safe navigation have forced the authorities to take this preventive measure. The ban includes all categories of vessels, including tourist vessels, fishing boats and small boats.

The measure comes into effect on August 23, 2025, at 06:00, and will remain in force until sea conditions improve and a new announcement is published by the Port of Saranda. The authorities call on all owners and users of vessels to respect the order, emphasizing that its violation constitutes a legal violation and will be punished according to the legislation in force.
