The well-known Albanian rapper Noizy was arrested by Swiss police at Zurich airport on July 5 and a detention order has been requested for him. His arrest was made by order of the Public Prosecutor's Office for Serious Violent Crimes, which announced that the 38-year-old is accused of several criminal offenses.
However, a verdict has not yet been announced. Furthermore, the presumption of innocence applies until a final verdict is announced. The Albanian rapper had originally planned a performance at Rinora 4 in Rümlang.
The event could not take place and all announcements have been removed. Recently, through a post on social networks, Noizy apologized to all fans:
"I apologize to all my fans in Switzerland, for whom, unfortunately, I was unable to perform on Saturday night at Rinora4.
A serious misunderstanding, accused of pure slander, has landed me in an official investigation by the Swiss authorities. The author of this slander will face the law, up to the maximum penalty provided for by Swiss law.
Now everything is behind us. I'm back with you, to promote the concerts and the new album. MAMA I'M OUT."
