The audio recording we heard yesterday showed that the usual administrative corruption that breaks the rules has been overcome, in the current Albanian state, Roni rewrites the rules.

The audio intercept showed that we operate in the 'Ron's State' where the management of public property is reorganized in such a way that its use is channeled solely into the hands of Ron and his ilk, bypassing the rules of transparency and accountability.

Yesterday's audio interception was the clearest proof of how the law is used as a one-sided incentive instrument to transfer money without competitive procedures, without transparency, and without accountability, from the budget to Roni, who openly says that he is dishonest and wants to make more money.

In the 'Ronin state' that has been emerging since 2018, the distortion of procurement procedures is easily carried out through state-owned enterprises (SOEs) that are used as an instrument to legitimize corruption. The 'Kayo model' and the network of companies created under it are nothing more than a more perfect variant of the theft that began with Ronin in 2018 with the creation of AIR Albania, now bankrupt.

The Kayo model that is being replicated in another commercial company that will own the millions that AKSHI managed, or in the pharmaceutical company, are excellent examples of the use of state-owned enterprises as conduits to transfer property and public money without procedure, without tenders and without competition, without control, under the auspices of Rama and Roni's kind who quench the thirst for money in the budget of the poorest state in Europe.

In Ronin's state, Roni governs, Rama administers, corruption legitimizes, pressure buys silence. The more this way of governing is consolidated, the more irreversible the damage is. Besa, Pasqyrat, and Prania Besnike are simply maneuvers to mask the pain of degradation.

For Roni's faceted teeth, the state needs to be handed over to a peeled walnut. For this, Ermal Nufi is needed, who has ambitions to go from deputy secretary to the Prime Minister to minister. Ermal knows well that Rama only promotes those who peel pears, plums, and walnuts for him and Roni, so to satisfy his ambition, he does not hesitate to serve by making the necessary skeletons in the closet.

But even that alone is not enough. For the state to be run like Ron's private company with the Prime Minister as administrator, the Socialist Party must send mercenaries to the Assembly, ready to certify every day the laws that serve only Ron. Therefore, people are carefully selected, who have been stripped of their scruples by necessity, ambition, or malice, and are ready to offer public opinion the ideological framework that justifies the use of state institutions to serve Ron's narrow interests.

But for Roni to not only get rich, but also to appear capable and smart, it is not enough to have Taulant, Ulsiu, Zeqineja, Sara, Zamira, or even Bajram Bega; the involvement of lawyers, experts who draft legislation or transactions that favor the transfer of public resources into Roni's hands is also needed.

With the active participation of a mercenary army, Albanians find themselves living in a state that looks like a democracy on paper, but in reality functions like a cartel.

This is Ron's state administered by the Prime Minister!
