Analyst Edvin Kulluri, invited to "Studio24", said that the Albanian opposition is currently misguided and not only does not want the country in the EU, but also behaves in the same way as Prime Minister Edi Rama, by rushing MPs to the television "News24"and not to corrupt officials."
Analyzing current political events, the EP report, recent developments and Sali Berisha's attacks on the media in recent days, Kulluri said that both sides do not want the good of the country and integration.
"If there is a will for EU integration, it is the issue of AZHBR, where the EU has invested with IPARD funds. It has been caught red-handed for years abusing millions of euros of European citizens' funds and the EU audit and the EU partner caught it, the Albanian government has not lifted a finger on this issue."
"Rama does not want Albania in the EU and neither does this other one, Berisha, he does it even less. These two do not want EU integration, they do not work for EU integration," said Kulluri.
While explaining that the real opposition has few mandates, citing the new parties in the Assembly as an example, Kulluri underlined that they are powerless, while the two leaders of the major parties attack the media, and specifically "News 24".
Regarding Berisha's attacks on television, he said that "the new parties have 4 mandates, let's talk about the other actors who have 136 deputies and control most of the Parliament and the government."
"So we have the government with 78 mandates and Sali Berisha. The opposition today has 50 mandates and Sali Berisha, instead of turning these deputies against the government and against corruption, turns them against "News 24", just like Edi Rama a year ago with the Military Police", said Kulluri.
