Negotiators from Qatar arrived in Tehran as part of diplomatic efforts to finalize an agreement aimed at ending the conflict between the United States and Iran.

The news was announced by a source familiar with the developments, quoted by Reuters.

The development comes after US President Donald Trump declared that a framework agreement to end the war is expected to be signed today.

A similar statement was made by the Prime Minister of Pakistan the day before. However, Iranian authorities have expressed skepticism about the timeframe for reaching an agreement.

Meanwhile, Iran has also faced a cyberattack that has affected four of the country's largest banks. According to the Financial Institutions Coordination Council, the attack targeted the shared communication infrastructure used by Bank Melli, Bank Tejarat, Bank Saderat and the Export Development Bank of Iran.

Authorities said protective measures were immediately activated by technical teams, causing temporary disruptions to some banking services.

According to them, no unauthorized access to customer data has been reported, nor has any information been deleted.
