"Neomalsorja" also revealed what she communicated to Prime Minister Edi Rama and said that he responded a few days later that her decision was irreversible. Koçeku stated that there are many names in the SP that support her, but she will keep them anonymous.
Koçek also spoke about the threat from the Bajra group.

"Everyone, including the government, parliament, and family, found out about it on social media because I didn't want to leave any trace of influence."
I have had many phone calls from the leaders of the Socialist Party and the Prime Minister. I later communicated to Rama that this was a final step and there would be no going back. There have been attempts, but this is my decision.
Recently, I have seen dissatisfaction among SP members, an easily readable lack of interest, I hope they find the courage and do the function they are there for.
We are not eternal.

I have made my reaction to the threats public. I have had enough of that message, and the message was based on solid grounds.
I was part of the closed list, I headed the Shkodra list. That's how I found this system, I took the oath on the Constitution and not on the Statute of the SP, an oath cannot be abandoned. Today I consider myself independent. With the SP I simply share the same Parliament.
"I will bring many causes in the interest of Albanians, for me the freedom of conscience to vote for or against laws is important," she said.
