At around 21:40 PM, in the Dajlan area of ​​Vlora, on the coast and outside the road area, an accidental event occurred resulting in the loss of life of citizen EM, around 40 years old, resident of Vlora (journalist).

From the initial investigative actions, it is suspected that, while driving a four-wheeled vehicle, he lost control of the vehicle, which overturned. As a result of the overturn, the driver of the vehicle, citizen EM, suffered serious bodily injuries.

Immediately after receiving the notification, the Police and ambulance services went to the scene. The injured person was urgently transported to the Vlora Regional Hospital, where, despite the assistance provided by the medical personnel, he died.

The passenger in the vehicle was citizen KS, about 18 years old, who suffered minor injuries without any life-threatening injuries.

Preliminary verifications show that the accident occurred outside the road area, on a coastal area, and did not involve other vehicles or road users.
