Partizan was eliminated from the Albanian Cup after a 1-3 defeat to Elbasan. The red club, through a reaction, has expressed dissatisfaction with the refereeing. According to the capital, the penalty awarded by referee Hamiti at the end of the match is non-existent and calls on the Albanian Football Association to take measures.

Partizani Club strongly condemns the refereeing of today's Albanian Cup match Partizani – Elbasani, with an irresponsible referee like Eldorian Hamiti. This referee is non grata for Partizani. The most flagrant case is the 119th minute when Hamiti decided the qualification with a non-existent penalty, which only he saw.
Anyone can judge for themselves from these images, which need no comment.
Deeply saddened by the theft of the players' hard work and the damage done to the team.
We call on the Albanian Football Federation to exclude these irresponsible referees from the refereeing system who, together with the image of Partizan, are damaging the image of football as well as the highest football institution in the country, increasing the dissatisfaction of sports fans towards the credibility of the sports competition.
