A citizen present at the 18th protest demanding the removal of Prime Minister Edi Rama and the government, has expressed his dissatisfaction with the economic situation and the departure of young people from the country.
During his speech, the protester called on young people to join the protests to oppose the government.
"The youth must come to the streets to overthrow these governments that have stolen from us. They have made their wealth for themselves and have thought nothing of the people. I have a ridiculous pension, while these people don't even know how much wealth they have," he said.
The protester also raised concerns about mass emigration, noting that northern areas are facing a severe shortage of young people.
"I'm originally from the north and I can tell you that there are no more youth. Only the old people are left. The young people have left," he declared.
