Former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj has issued strong accusations against Prime Minister Edi Rama, accusing him of concentrating decision-making in his own hands and of being behind important government decisions, including the issuance of... News24 from the building more than 1 year ago.
On the show "Minuta e Parë" on News24 with Ola Bruko, Ahmetaj spoke about what he considers "disintegration of the state" and "financial hemorrhage", while stating that the investigations so far have only affected part of the mechanism that, according to him, continues to function.
"We are talking about the disintegration of the state and financial bloodshed. Segments of SPAK have only dismantled the bolts, the structure is strong. Follow where the tenders go, even at AKSHI. The world is stupid to make tenders? Ukraine makes tenders during war, this one in peace does not make tenders and, when it does, it predetermines them. We are at this point. Decisions like that for News24"As for Vlora Airport, there is only one person there. He has deleted the numbers 2, he has killed the numbers 3, he has divided them, there is only the 'head of the organization'," Ahmetaj said.
He then used a strong comparison with the former head of the Sinaloa cartel, "El Chapo", to argue his claim that a leader's responsibility is not conditioned by his capture directly carrying out an action.
"What if they say they didn't find Rama with money? Even El Chapo wasn't found distributing drugs, but he destroyed the world with drugs. The 'head of the organization' makes the decisions," Ahmetaj declared.
