"SPAK, protests and elections are the paths to the overthrow of the government," said analyst Genc Burimi in an interview on News24.
He also emphasized that Rama today has all the powers and that the elections are manipulated, but he nevertheless adds that other parties also do not have any convincing offers.
According to him, the DP has no convincing offer and that the opposition is today without an alternative for Albanians, while adding that it is only holding protests because it has pledged to organize them.
"The first way to overthrow Rama is SPAK and then protests. The only way this party has today is protests. And the other way is elections. In my opinion, the DP is simply holding protests because it has pledged to do so and to keep alive the phenomenon that corruption in Albania has not yet been solved. On the other hand, the DP is organizing to enter the 2027 local elections. So Rama has all the power in his hands. Today in Albania, the problem is that there is no political offer, of course the elections are manipulated by the regime. But today there is no opposition that has a convincing offer. Neither the DP has a program, nor does Lapaj have a program, nor does Shehaj have a program...", he said.
He also emphasized that protests are important, but for the protest to have results, he said, it must be massive.
"For the protest to have results, it must be massive. But the protest is the only way this party has. In the next protest of the DP, none will happen. Europe will only continue to be fed the message that there is corruption in Albania. There is no opposition today that has an alternative offer. They are effective for the international community to wake up, 'don't forget us'. Balluk's name was learned from Argentina to Japan, thanks to the media, the protests," he said.
