The Secretary General of the Freedom Party, Tedi Blushi, has called today for a national protest on the boulevard in front of the Prime Minister's Office, calling January 24 a "historic moment" and "day of revolt and anger."

Blushi said the protest aims to oppose what he calls "Narkoregjimi," a criminal group that, according to him, has taken the state and institutions hostage. He called on the citizens of Tirana and all of Albania to join him in the square at 17:00 PM to show their dissatisfaction with the government and demand accountability.

"Citizens tired of poverty and corruption will be heard loudly today," said Blushi, adding that the protest is a moment to defend civil liberties and the rule of law.

REACTION
Today is the day of revolt, anger, courage, accountability, and the triumph of freedom over the Narco-Regime.
Today, all free, honest, and patriotic Albanians will unite on the boulevard in front of the Prime Minister's Office because their patience has come to an end.
January 24 is not just a date on the calendar. It is a historic moment. It is the turning point in the common popular effort to overthrow the Criminal Organization that has taken the state, institutions and future of Albania hostage. Today, more than ever, the voice of Albanians tired of poverty, angry at the schizophrenic theft, arrogance, fraud and unbridled violence of a criminal narco-power, which knows neither law nor Constitution but which runs the country with mafia codes, will be heard loudly.
The free citizens of Tirana and all of Albania will unite today on the boulevard in front of the Prime Minister's Office to tell Edi Rama that his Narco-regime is over.
That the taxes of the poorest people in Europe, with the most miserable salaries and pensions, do not deserve to be held hostage by a bandit who steals from them from morning to night and who, with the justice he has seized, has secured for himself impunity and absolute immunity.
Today is the day to show this fierce enemy of Albanian freedoms, the rule of law, democracy and pluralism, who depopulated Albania to extort it and turned it into a prison with political prisoners, that he cannot remain in power secured by stolen elections for another minute.
Today, Albanians will unite in the square because they can no longer tolerate their taxes and property being robbed by a gang of thieves, who have left them without bread and drinking water, who burn them in the summer and flood them in the winter, who have given property titles, the cadastre, national security, the police and every state office into the hands of the mafia and drug cartels.
This gang must crumble under the feet of the sovereign!
We call on young people and every Albanian to join today in the hurricane of freedom and the exemplary punishment that the people have reserved for Edi Rama.
Today, at 17:00 PM, everyone in Tirana, in front of the Prime Minister's Office, in a national protest against the structured criminal group that has hijacked the state.
