Police announce that citizen Leonard Luzi alias Leonard Sejno, 47, was extradited from Spain today.
It is reported that this person had organized and ordered citizen Amarildo Nikolli to kill Ervis Matodashaj and Inez Hajrulla, an event that remained an attempt after the executioner was arrested in flagrante delicto by the police before committing the murder.
For the assassination attempt on Hajrulla, three people have been arrested, Muharem Koroveshi, Amarildo Nikolli and Leonard Luzi, who was arrested on July 18 in Spain and extradited today.

The Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime has assigned this citizen the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder" and "Holding without permission and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", carried out in collaboration in the form of a structured criminal group.
The 47-year-old is accused of having organized the murder of EM and IH citizens in cooperation with other members of the criminal group.
This crime was prevented by the Police, as the citizen AN was arrested before committing the murders.
At the time of the arrest, the AN citizen was seized with a pistol with a cartridge in the magazine, ready to fire.
