The Durrës Regional Water and Sewerage Company announces that on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, there may be problems with water supply throughout its service area, due to a planned power outage. According to the announcement, the Transmission System Operator (TSO) will disconnect and ground the 110 kV line L110-36 Laç 1–Fushë Kuqe, from 09:00 to 14:00.

This line supplies electricity to the pumping stations in Fushë Kuqe, Fushë Milot and Fushë Krujë, which ensure the water supply to the respective areas. As a result, there may be problems with water supply in Durrës city, in the rural areas and the tourist area, as well as in Maminas and Shijak.

The Durrës Regional Water Supply and Sewerage Company asks citizens for their understanding for this temporary situation.
