Journalist Flogert Muça during the interview on the show "This Week" IN News24, while speaking about the Partizani file and the GJKKO's decision to call Prime Minister Edi Rama as a witness, said that the opposition today seems to have Rama's testimony as 'the defense's battle horse in court'.

"The story of taking Rama to court was to channel a legal process into a political process and to say that Rama and I are the same, we are together. The opposition today, with leader Sali Berisha as the battle horse of the defense in court, has Rama as his testimony. Is Rama the lifeboat for Berisha? Taulant and Rama knew very well what they were doing. Legally, he is the doctor's lifeboat," he said.

Sali Berisha's lawyer, Klodiana Gjyzari, for her part, explained that there are 150 witnesses and that the defense's goal is to prove that there is no criminal fact and that corruption does not exist.

"There are 150 witnesses. We have not only called Rama. The line of witnesses starts from Balla. We cannot prejudice any of the evidence. We have requested that all the prosecution witnesses be questioned in court. The destination of those lands had been lost for years. Our goal is to prove that there is no criminal fact. Those territories had lost their sporting destination, and were occupied by third parties. And as long as they were occupied by third parties, the property must be returned to the owner," she said.
