The High Court has decided to dismiss the request for securing the lawsuit filed by the companies "Vlora International Airport" and "2A Group", linked to businessman Valon Ademi. In this way, it has given the entrepreneur Behgjet Pacolli the right.
The decision was made by the judicial body of the Civil College, which overturned the previous decisions of the Tirana Court of First Instance and the Tirana Court of Appeal.
The first two levels of the judiciary had previously accepted the request for a precautionary measure in favor of the plaintiff companies.
With the latest decision, the Supreme Court has repealed the security measure, considering the request submitted by "Vlora International Airport" and "2A Group" unfounded.
We recall that this clash led to a work stoppage at Vlora airport on May 16, where the A2 Group company did not allow Mabco employees and subcontractors to enter the construction site.
