Ingredients
• 300 g beans
• 4 onion
• 4 tomato
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons butter
• Salt, pepper
• Oregano or mint or parsley
• 400 gr flour (for the dumplings)

2. Dairy baklava
Ingredients
For baklava:
• 1 pack of pita bread
• 220 g butter
• 300 g walnuts
• 2 tablespoons bread crumbs (crackers)
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon cloves
• 1 tablespoon sugar
For the cream:
• 1 liter of milk
• 5 tablespoons almond flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 vanilla
• 1 tablespoon butter
• Lemon zest (lemon peel)
For the service:
• 400 g of sugar
• 450 ml of water
• 1 slice of lemon
• 1 cinnamon stick
