According to preliminary information, citizen Eduart Afmataj shot and killed Artur Çangu.
Police notification:
At around 18:15, in the village of Vrion, Nikël, it is suspected that citizen E. A, during a conflict for weak motives, killed citizen AC with a gun.
Police services continue checks to capture the suspected perpetrator, citizen EA
The investigation team is at the scene and working to fully clarify the circumstances of the case and its complete legal documentation.
