The person you see in the photo is 30-year-old Sokol Daci who was injured yesterday evening in Lezha.
His condition appears stable, while yesterday evening he was transported to Trauma for more specialized assistance.
It is learned that out of more than 20 bullets fired, three of them hit the 30-year-old, in the shoulder, stomach and leg.
As for the author, he is still unidentified.
