The Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime has decided to postpone the trial of the defendants in the case known as "Golden Bullet" to June 24.
The reason for the postponement was the absence of some of the defense attorneys, leaving some of the defendants without legal representation, which made it impossible for the process to continue in accordance with procedural rights.
In this session, it was expected that Erion Alibej, the justice collaborator in this case, would answer the lawyers' questions, as the phase of questions from SPAK prosecutors had previously concluded.
The next session will take place on June 24, where the process is expected to resume with the defense questioning of Alibej, in the full presence of lawyers.
