The Prefect of Tirana, Shkëlqim Hajdari, has reacted on social media after KF Tirana's survival in the Superior Category, describing the blue-and-white team as the "moral winner" of this season.
Through a Facebook post, Hajdari stated that Tirana represents more than a football club, considering it a symbol of the capital and the identity of its citizens.
"KF Tirana is the Fortress! Today is a great joy for all the citizens of Tirana and especially for its indigenous citizens. Because Tirana is not just a football club, but is the identity, brand and symbol of the capital," he wrote.
