This morning on "Time to Wake Up" with Klevin Mukë in News24 Lawyer Erald Aga was invited, who spoke about the 2020 law, specifically on the privatization of state-owned land in use.
He explained the three categories provided for by the law as well as how to benefit from them.
"Includes lands that have been acquired and are in use when a citizen, for example, has purchased an apartment. Three categories are provided:
-Apartments that citizens have privatized before August 1991 and the relationship with the building's land has not been resolved. A request must be made to the ASHK to have it transferred to them.
-Constructions by state-owned enterprises, cooperatives, warehouses, for example, but they have only purchased the building. They can benefit from the land.
-Citizens who built in privatized apartments before '91 and this case will be resolved as in cases of legalization.
"If the building is used for business, it will be paid for, if it is for residential purposes, it will simply be free of charge," he said.
