TIRANA "Luarasi" University continues the tradition of inviting personalities to give open lectures in the auditorium for students of the Faculty of Economics and Jurisprudence. This time, the guest was Israeli Professor Noga Kapp, an international authority in the field of economic thought and lecturer at Tel Aviv State University.

Ms. Kapp has come to Albania on a mission to develop a startup program in the field of business, and especially to encourage young people to start a business, or to support their innovative ideas. The Israeli Embassy has a concrete plan for this.
"We have thought of opening some development houses here in Albania for students to share their experience and collaborate in the business context. We think of collaborating between the practices of Albanian students with those Israelis who will come to Albania. I think that Albania has come a long way in developing economically, just as Israel has, we think of collaborating. We think of collaborating in the context of starting start-up businesses between Albania and Israel." - said Prof. Noga Kapp.

Ms. Kapp says that she sees a favorable climate for business, especially regarding the entrepreneurial activity of young people.

"I have noticed very enthusiastic young people, in the future I think we will have an agreement between the two universities of Luaras and Tel Aviv" - emphasized Kapp.

She presented to the young people a broad overview of Israel's economic achievements, where young people are given real opportunities to develop an innovative idea or a product... The motto that keeps the engines of the Israeli economy always in dizzying motion, according to Professor Kapp, is: Work hard and make a difference.
