Student Kleidi Memo, invited to the studio News24, has made an analysis of the protest movement in the country and the key role of youth in confronting the government of Prime Minister Edi Rama. Speaking on behalf of the student group to which he belongs, he emphasized that the protests have destroyed the facade of deception built over the years by politics.

Memo focused on the head of government's reaction to the protests, accusing him of initially trying to minimize them through irony and allusions to external factors, at a time when reality shows the opposite.

"The protest has put Rama in a panic. He started by making fun of him, saying that there are external forces organizing it, etc. Every time he tries to create a facade as if everything is fine. He has been doing this since 2013, trying to say that everything is fine. This protest has collapsed the facade that Edi Rama and the SP, but also the DP, have built before," he said.

According to the student, youth represent the true catalyst for change and can no longer accept a political class that only aims for personal gain. He announced that students have united in a common front of resistance.

“Generation Z is ready to make a difference because youth is the catalyst for change in every country. I am part of a student group that also represents students in protest and we have created a student stand where every student can join us to fight this old political class that is only there for their own personal interests.”

In conclusion, he highlighted that citizens and students face significant shortages in key sectors every day, while emphasizing that symbolic youth actions will continue: "We have a lot of dissatisfaction, there are many demands, such as for education and healthcare that need to be improved. This government has usurped every aspect of the daily life of Albanians. We as students have carried out many actions, one of which was the unfurling of a large banner at the Polytechnic University."
