In a media appearance, the head of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, reacted after the rejection of two opposition requests for the establishment of two investigative commissions on the issue of the ARRSH and the AKSHI.

He said that the requests were not serious, while ironically saying that if the opponents wanted expertise, the majority would provide it.

"The request should focus on a specific issue. I recall here a case of the Court from 23 years ago, where a case should not be an expedition. The first request that was considered on the agenda was a request that, according to an opposition colleague, said; Mother Nature will also be investigated, because it brought a lot of rain. This was a joke, and she clarified it. There was no specific issue. What will they investigate? The procurement method?! We want to investigate the supervision method? Let's do it, but you can't come and say; this happened, that happened. But if the opposition does not know how to formulate an expertise for an investigative commission, we are ready to provide the expertise. And you as journalists have become experts. The powers of the judiciary should not be interfered with, when these investigations are being carried out by the judicial power. We are in the conditions and with the best desire to continue. Our desire to approve any request that comes from the opposition is unlimited. But we must "They come in good shape. We must have the desire to discuss the content so that we can reach a common text," said Balla.
