Prime Minister Edi Rama will pay an official visit to Brussels today, where he will meet with the President of the Council of Europe, Antonio Costa.
It is learned that the meeting is expected to discuss the country's accession negotiations process to the European Union and the progress of this process.
Albania has still not been able to receive the Judicial Reform Standards Assessment Report for chapters 23 and 24, called IBAR, a necessity for initiating the closing of the chapters.
