A protester on the 52nd day of the anti-government rally has made a denunciation regarding the lack of reaction of Albanian institutions to the genocidal statement of the Serbian minister.

In his statement, the protester criticized the Albanian government and Parliament for the lack of an official reaction, demanding the adoption of a resolution in support of Kosovo.

"Albania was silent. Silence is a double insult. The Albanian parliament did not make any resolution, the Albanian government did not make any official protest and no joint statement. Only silence," he said.

According to the protester, this stance does not constitute diplomatic prudence, but a lack of response to an issue of national importance.

"When a Serbian minister says he will clean up Kosovo, he not only insults a government, but every Albanian wherever he lives. He also insults the memory of the fallen," he declared.

The protester addressed Albanian MPs demanding an institutional stance on Kosovo.

"We do not seek war, we do not seek revenge. We seek a resolution, an official word. A resolution is not a luxury, it is a duty. If you are unable to do even that, accept that you are unable to hold your office," he said.

Protester's denunciation statement: "Declaration on the criminal silence of the government on the genocidal statement of the Serbian minister. Albania was silent, silence is a double insult, the Albanian Parliament did not make any resolution. The Albanian government did not make any official protest, no joint statement, only silence. A silence that is not diplomatic. A silence that is not prudence. A silence that is betrayal. When a Serbian minister says that she will cleanse Kosovo, she does not insult a government, but every Albanian wherever she lives. She is insulting the bones of the fallen who were never buried. You who sit in the chair of the Parliament, you who swear by the Constitution, keep quiet. Kosovo is an independent state, with a history of thousands of years. We do not ask for war, we do not ask for revenge. We ask for a resolution, an official word, a resolution is not a luxury, it is a duty. If you are not able to do even this, accept that you are not able to hold your office. If you do not react, you are "complicit in the silence before the genocide and this is the second form of violence. We will not forget your silence. Not only the Serbian minister will be remembered, but also the Albanian MPs who lowered their heads and the Albanian government that could not find a word. The silence of the defenders is the second weapon of the enemy", he said.
