Tirana Police have provided preliminary details regarding the robbery that occurred this afternoon at an OTP Bank branch in the capital.
According to the official announcement, the incident was recorded at around 12:26 on "Gjin Bue Shpata" street, where a masked person entered the bank premises and, under the threat of an object suspected to have been a weapon, took a sum of money.
After the robbery, the perpetrator fled the scene, while the police immediately set up checkpoints and engaged all services on the ground to identify and capture him.
