Scorpions had to cancel their planned September shows at short notice. The reason for this is an injury to guitarist Matthias Jabs, who will have to undergo surgery.
The concert agency "Wizard Promotions" announced that all upcoming dates in September have been canceled. The concert scheduled for Festhalle Frankfurt on September 20th is also affected.
Scorpions have apologised to more than 40,000 fans who have already purchased tickets. Guitarist Jabs is reported to have been seriously injured after falling down a flight of stairs.
